 You can price out all the ingredients of a ‘Sauce’ then add that to another Meal as an ingredient.

 To do this, Click the ‘MEAL COMPONENT’ Check Box.

 This will display 3 new fields AMOUNT, UNITS and COST PRICE

 This Item will now be able to be added to other meals as an ingredient.
